J R Graham Construction Company, Inc. was established in July 2008 with five employees. Jon Graham had a vision of a company that put honesty and trust to work in a business that would provide jobs with benefits to employees and top notch service to customers. Clifton Flanders came on board in 2010 and brings 40+ years experience in construction site prep, clearing and grading, and mining. They have combined to create a work force that takes pride in their jobs.
We stress safety in the workplace by conducting safety meetings, frequent inspections and an open door policy. We strive to be proactive in our equipment maintenance to limit down time. A good relationship with our vendors helps us provide the top notch service our customers have come to expect.
